Thus, these door fittings are antique replicated and today feature a sufficiently large opening for a modern cylinder lock.
The lock rose cannot be removed from the outside as a security rose. This offers good protection against theft.

Many historical doors had a backset of 10 x 10 mm. The newer ones are 8 x 8. If you need the larger size, we offer a back sleeve for back reinforcement. Such a sleeve (reinforcing the 8-pins at 10 x 10 mm) can be found - see picture - in our webshop under articles and order extra.
